Sealed discount bid on SOR are invited from Registered Transport Contractors of ECL for Loading of spillage coal by Pay loaders into Tippers under CHP conveyor belt of Khottadih UG Mine and Transportation of the same to CHP Bunker of Khottadih UG Mine, Pandaveswar Area and the details is as follows:-


The above quantities are as per plan and projection. This may vary due to unavoidable circumstances beyond Control of management for which no claim from the contractors will be admissible by the management. For detailed terms and conditions and information ref SOR available with the department & for detailed BOQ refer page-3. This bid is to be guided by the detailed terms and condition of the SOR effective from 01.04.2011 to 31.03.2013 and will be issued from time to time from ECL/H.Q.       

EARNEST MONEY:- (1% of the estimated Cost rounded off to nearest hundred rupees subject to maximum 50.00 Lakhs) as earnest money to be deposited in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of  Eastern Coalfields Limited , Pandaveswar Area, payable at Asansol on any RBI approved scheduled Bank.

Earnest Money will be forfeited in case of failure of the party to start the work within 10 days of issue of LOI/Work Order.
Earnest Money of the unsuccessful bids will be refunded after finalization of bid.

Receipt of Tenders:-
Bids are to be received in sealed cover from 11.00 A.M. to 2.00 P.M. on 01.03.2012 at the Office of the General Manager, Pandaveswar Area.

Opening of Tenders:-
Tenders will be opened at 4.00 P.M. on 01.03.2012
The Company is not under any obligation to accept the lowest bidder/bidders and reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever and also to distribute the work and allot the work /works to more than one tenderer, at its sole discretion.
