The cost of tender document is Rs.2,000=00 (Rupees Two Thousand ) only.
The intending tenderer will apply to the General Manager, MRW, Mugma Regional Workshop, PO: Mugma Dist: Dhanbad, Jharkhand, Pin Code No.828204 for procurement of Tender Document with terms & conditions. The same may be obtained in person from the Office of the General Manager, MRW, Mugma Regional Workshop, on payment of tender document cost by cash/Demand Draft in favour of “ Eastern Coalfields Limited- Area VIII”, payable at SBI, Asansol Branch (Code- 0011). Request for sending the document by post must be received at General Manager, MRW, Mugma Regional Workshop at least 15(fifteen) days before the date of opening of Tender. For sending tender document by post, Rs.35.00 only may be added in the tender document cost as postal expenses. The Earnest Money is to be deposited in the form of Demand Draft only along-with cover –I offer and shall bear no interest.

Last date of sale of Tender Document up to 04.00 P.M.: On 08.03.2012.
Time & Date of receipt of Tender up-to 01.00 P.M.: On 09.03.2012.
Time & Date of opening of Cover-I at 3.30 P.M.: On 09.03.2012.

If the tender is not opened on the above date due to unforeseen circumstances, then it will be opened on the next working date. Mugma Regional Workshop does not own responsibility for postal delay or dislocation. Tender Document is Non-Transferable. Tender without Earnest Money shall be rejected.

A separate Demand Draft towards cost of Tender document shall have to be enclosed in addition to the Earnest Money at the time of submitting the offer, if down loaded from website.
