Sealed tenders are invited from the experienced / reputed of ECL / Subsidiaries of CIL / Govt., Semi - Govt. Mining Organization Contractors for transportation of Stores materials including transportation of Iron&Steel materials from different destination to Kajora Area Stores and Kajora Area Stores to different Collieries / OCP under Kajora Area.

Name of the Work: Transportation of Stores materials including transportation of Iron&Steel materials. from different destination to Kajora Area Stores(ECL).

Estimated Cost : Rs. 5(Five)Lacs(Approx) per annum ie. Rs.10 (Ten) Lakhs approx for Two years.

EMD : 1% of the estimated value / tendered value ie.Rs.10,000/- which is to be deposited by a/c. Payee Demand Draft in favour of “ Eastern Coalfields Limited , Area – V ” payable at S.B.I, Asansol..

Period of Contract :Two Years (Minimum) subject to extension of one year if required.

Tender Fee :Rs.2270/- includingVAT@ 13.5%.

Sale of Tender documents: On or before upto 12 noon of 05.03.2012 from the Office of G.M, Kajora Area, Purchase Dept. on any working day on production of Cash Receipt of Tender Fee which is to be deposited to Cashier of  Kajora Area Office by Cash.

Due date of Submission: on 06.03.2012 upto1.00 P.M. in the Tender Box at Purchase Deptt. in the Office of the G. M ,Kajora Area.

Due date of opening: Part – I on 06.03.2012 at 3.00 P.M. Tender documents can also be downloaded from Web Site www.easterncoal.gov.in on or before upto 12 Noon of 05.03.2012 and in that case cost of Tender document shall have to be deposited by the Tenderer in the form of demand draft with the Tender in Part-I.
