1. a) Issue of Tender Documents : Begins on 17.02.12 and closes on 22.02.12 (Issue/Sale up to 3.30 P.M. on working days except Saturdays /Sundays & Holidays).

b) Place of issue of tender Document: Office of the Area Engineer(Civil), Rajmahal Area, P. O.: Bara Simra, Dist: Godda (Jharkhand) – 814165. No tender will be sent / received by post.
 
c) Tender documents will be displayed through web site in the period of selling of the tender document. Tender Documents can also be downloaded from, our Web Site www.easterncoal.gov.in & the web site of NIC: www.tenders.gov.in for participation in the Tender process. Cost of Tender document shall be paid in cash, which is non-refundable. In case of tender document obtained by downloading from the Web site, cost of the tender document (Application fee) shall have to be deposited by the Tenderer in the form of ‘Demand Draft’ / banker’s cheque drawn in the favour of “EASTERN COALFIELDS LTD. A/C, RAJMAHAL PROJECT” payble either at SBI, RCMP Branch, Code – 7265 or UCO Bank, ECL Rajmahal Project Campus Branch, Code – 1294, Lalmatia, at the time of submission of the tender in a separate envelop (4th envelop) along with the ‘undertaking for acceptance of the tender document as available in the web site’ suitably marked “Cost of tender document & the undertaking”. Tenderers shall be solely responsible for the correctness of the downloaded tender document. Submission of incomplete downloaded tender document will be rejected. No Tender Documents will be issued or received by Post.

2. Date and time of submission of Tender: on 24.02.12 up to 1.00 P.M at the office of Area Engineer(Civil),Rajmahal Area, P. O.: Bara Simra, Dist: Godda (Jharkhand) – 814165.

3. Date and time of opening of tender paper (Part I): On 27.02.12 at 3.30 P.M at Office of Area Engineer(Civil), Rajmahal Area. If the office happens to be closed on the date of opening of tender as specified, the tenders will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
